Is affordable housing an issue that would sway your vote?

We polled Americans likely to vote. Here’s what they said:

I-will-make-affordable-homes-a-priority-(640x170)

Strong support for making housing a plank in party platforms

Make-Housing-a-core-component-of...-(640x116)

This holds true across self-identified party lines, with 84 percent of Democrats, 58 percent of Republicans and 69 percent of Independents agreeing that political parties must include housing affordability as a core platform issue.

 We asked

Is-congress-doing-enough-to-improve-housing-affordability(640x126)

It’s a kitchen-table issue

Because-it's-personal-(640x78)

These are findings from an Ipsos Public Affairs poll conducted July 8-11, 2016 on behalf of Make Room. For the survey, a sample of 811 adults 18 and over who are likely to vote in the next Presidential election (rated 7-10) was interviewed online in English.
